Each flexible steel blade has a non-reflective matte finish. This means you can mix colors outside or by a sunny window without the light blinding you. The ergonomic handle is made of FSC-Certified wood and shaped to fit comfortably in your hand. Each knife is named after the Portland streets and neighborhoods where Gamblin has been based since its founding in 1980.
