Have you ever had a great idea but couldn’t find the energy to get started? Or maybe you abandoned a project when you hit a roadblock ? Once you set your eyes on your goal, vitality is needed to see it through. What you need to keep you on course is specific to you. Perhaps you have felt destined to fail because someone else’s way of doing things didn’t work for you. Time to find your “right way” of doing things!
Are you ready to paint your path to vitality and discover what special formula you need to see your dreams achieved? Join us as we harness the power of the vitality phase of the Regenerative Creativity Cycle?
Regenerative Creativity is both an art class and a way of working. Learn how to access your creative side and paint answers to your questions. You will be guided with lots of easy techniques and prompts to calm your critic and get you into the joy of painting right away! Each painting is as unique as the person that painted it!
Enter the painting series at any point during the cycle. Take one class… or many! Decide as you go and explore at your pace.
About the Instructor:
Hi! I am Deanna Miller, your creativity educator and advocate with over 20 years of experience guiding youth and adults in an exploration of SELF. I believe the physical act of painting, while asking questions, can bring forth gifts of healing, insight, and joy. Come paint in community while I guide you with yummy painting techniques as you practice listening to your own internal voice. Discover the ease that comes from using your creative side to answer questions and make art. Join me in a safe and supportive environment as you explore YOU through art! I can’t wait to meet you and welcome you into our community!

Paint Spot will supply: Paint, medium, canvas, brushes, spray bottle, water containers
Instructor will supply: brushes, pens, and palettes
You bring:
- 18 x 24” canvas
- Suitable art clothes, hand towel, notebook, snack, drink, and your own PPE (mask, hand sanitizer)
You will receive a 20% discount on all art supplies from your registration until the end of the class!
Artelier is located at 10045 81 Avenue NW, Edmonton (back alley entrance). The workshop space is one block south of The Paint Spot.
