As spring and summer bring an abundance of lush, vibrant greens, the question arises: how can we capture this rich diversity in our artwork?
In this one-day workshop, you will discover how to mix vibrant, rich, and unique greens directly on your palette, moving beyond pre-mixed tube colours.
Guided by Oksana, you will explore a range of techniques for creating nuanced, dynamic greens through thoughtful blending. The workshop will focus on mastering tonal values and colour saturation, while delving into the full spectrum of green hues—from warm olive tones to cool, bluish greens.
We’ll also explore the concept of colour harmony, learning how to balance tones for depth and vibrancy. By the end of the session, you will leave with a deeper understanding of colour mixing, tonal control, and the expressive potential of your painting techniques.
