The human figure is an endlessly interesting subject to paint. Drawing upon my extensive experience, I aim to impart thorough introduction to understanding the human figure in an academic or fine art setting. Students will learn to observe human form. How people can be depicted with nuance and a careful eye, mastering techniques to capture their likeness and anatomical details convincingly.
This class is for those new to painting, as well as the experienced watercolour and acrylic artists looking to try something new! You will discover the versatility of gouache and its ability to create depth and texture in your paintings.
