We presented a workshop called ‘Fabric Art Innovations’ in Canmore for the Alberta Teachers’ Association Fine Art Convention. Which lead to a two-hour staff meeting to experiment with nearly all the textile painting and drawing materials at The Paint Spot. The samples will help you decide which paint suits your project. Next, we put some of our project ideas to the test with a little help from art teachers from the Catholic School Board. Simple fabric dye sticks from Pentel

Do you prefer to draw than paint? Then Pentel Fabric Dye Sticks might be worth trying. These work just like an oil pastel but you heat-set the colour to the fabric with a regular clothes iron.
