Washi Heritage Paper

Washi Heritage Paper

Heritage Washi is a term coined by The Japanese Paper Place for Japanese papers that are still made by hand by skilled craftspersons using the earth-friendly techniques and materials of their ancestors.

The papers represented here are those we recommend for use in conservation. They are primarily papers that we designate Heritage Washi and other papers useful in conservation work because of their colour or weight.
