Stoneground Paint Co. Gamboge Watercolour
The original Gamboge is a highly toxic pigment which comes from the sticky yellow sap of Garcinia (sp.) trees which grow in southeastern Asia. This Stoneground Gamboge is a near replica of the original warm gold pigment (without the toxicity), and lends itself beautifully to all subject matter. Mix Gamboge with Prussian Blue to create the original Hooker’s Green. Available in half pans.
