Formulated for Shodo brush calligraphy, Genso Extra Dark sumi ink is an intense, purplish blue-black sumi ink that can’t be beat. From rich, deep blacks to pale greys, this ink can be diluted with water. Also, mix it with Genso Light sumi ink to achieve the most comprehensive tonal range.
