This round Chinese dry ink block is a dense, black, permanent, fast-drying, and waterproof ink. When the ink is dry, you can even wet-mount it on rice paper.
This black ink works perfectly for watercolour painting, calligraphy, and more.
When using the ink block, put some water in the ink stone, then rub over the stone’s level surface, and carbon particles fall off and dissolve in the water to produce ink.
