Round Ink Stone with Lid
This 3″ round ink stone from Nobel Arts comes with a lid and is used for grinding solid ink blocks to make sumi ink or for containing ink during use. This natural ink stone, is carved in a special black stone found in the deep mountains close to the streams. This is used to grind ink sticks and keep ink moist.
