Ink Stone Rectangular
This 5″ long natural ink stone from Nobel Arts, is carved in a special black stone found in the deep mountains close to the streams. It is used for grinding solid ink blocks to make sumi ink or for containing ink during use. The stone is slightly slanted to allow ink to collect at one end.
