BFK Rives Paper Roll (42″ x 10 yards)
A smooth surface and light sizing makes this rag paper a favorite with artists and printmakers working in many techniques. A BFK roll is an excellent choice for artists doing large scale work, or using a large amount of this top quality paper. BFK is mold-made, 100% cotton, acid free and buffered. It is excellent for all hand-printing processes, lithography, intaglio etching, wood engraving, silkscreen, linocut and collotype. This cotton rag may also be used for embossing and drawing, though it is not recommended for offset printing.
Like all Velin d’ARCHES paper, BFK printmaking paper is recommended for art publishing, prints and drawing. BFK Rives has a smooth surface and fine grain. It is an acid free, cotton rag paper favored by printmakers. It is also available in sheets in a more varied range of colours.
