Description
Stoneground Watercolour Zinc White
Zinc White was first used by artists in the early 19th century as a replacement for the toxic Lead White pigment artists had used since antiquity. Zinc White is considered to be a warmer white than Titanium White, and works well with the ivory tone of most watercolour papers. Zinc’s transparent nature makes it great for tinting.
