About Schmincke Supergranulating Watercolours:
Supergranulating paints are watercolor paints with a special property: the combination of at least 2 granulating Schmincke HORADAM pigments intensifies this “supergranulation” effect.
The shades are formulated with pigments from different color ranges, so that there are additional color changes in addition to the granulation effect.
This new, natural structure formation of the colors varies depending on the substrate and the amount of water used. The rougher the paper, the stronger the granulation effect.
