Caran d’Ache Palette Aquarelle
The Caran d’Ache Palette Aquarelle is a unique palette specially designed for use with all Caran d’Ache water-soluble products. This innovative product features two different sides which lend themselves to different uses. The “top” has a rough surface texture that allows the artist to deposit color by rubbing. Scrub your Caran d’Ache Museum Aquarelle or Supracolor pencils, or Neocolor II aquarelle crayons on the rough surface to lay down color. Then add water with a wet brush to use the pigment as a watercolour!
The “bottom” of this palette features a smooth surface texture which may be used for all types of paint, such as watercolour, gouache, acrylic, and even oil.
