Primo Euro Blend Charcoal is a smooth, unique formula that feels and draws differently than original charcoal. This formula can be used alone or in combination with other charcoal, pastel or mixed media, and can be used for quick layouts for oil painting. This charcoal pencil kit includes three degrees of Primo Black Charcoal Pencils (3B, B, and HB), along with one General’s Primo Bianco (white) charcoal pencil. A bonus all-art sharpener and a magic black eraser round out this affordable, quality charcoal set.
