The da Vinci Impasto Mottler is the most versatile brush we carry. Priming, painting, and varnishing – this synthetic hair brush can do it all. Paint large areas easily and avoid overworking your painting by using a large brush to suit the large canvas.
Here is a synthetic brush that is stiff like a hog bristle but longer lasting. It is ideal for acrylic colours in a thicker consistency and for special techniques normally reserved for painting knives. The IMPASTO has been designed to be used with the many texture gels and pastes now available – it is the elastic “painting knife brush”.
