Primo Euro Blend Charcoal is a unique creamy rich formula handmade in small batches and leaves a rich, bold black mark with a cool hue on your paper. They produce less dust than traditional charcoal and can be used alone or in combination with other charcoal, pastel or mixed media. Also can be used for quick layouts for oil painting. Primo® Euro Blend™ Charcoal pencils have a cool undertone.

Black is available in three degrees: 3B, B and HB, and white is available in B.
