Holbein Acrylic Mediums
Use Mediums to thin acrylics to move paint more fluidly while adding transparency for glazing and colour mixing. Artists may control the sheen level by choose matte for non-shiny and gloss for the reflective wet-look.
Painting Medium AM 575 – 200ml
Transparent and waterproof once dry, Holbein Acrylic Painting Medium is excellent for glazing, while diluting and extending colors. Available in 200ml squeeze bottle.
Gloss Medium AM 571 – 200ml
A painting and glazing acrylic medium resulting in a durable gloss finish. Transparent and waterproof when dry. Holbein Acrylic Gloss Medium should not be used as a final varnish. Available in 200ml squeeze bottle.
‘Mat’ Matte Medium AM 572 – 200ml
Mix with acrylic colors to achieve varying degrees of matte finish. Transparent and waterproof once dry.Holbein Acrylic Matte Medium should not be used as a final varnish. Available in 200ml squeeze bottle.
