Cerulean Blue is an all time favorite. Our Cerulean Blue is a single pigment paint, is moderately opaque, and deeper in hue than most Cerulean Blues. Cerulean Blue has a moderate to strong tinting strength depending on the other colors in the mix. We literally searched the world over for a Cerulean Blue that could meet up to our standards. This is by far, the cleanest, most vibrant pigment we tested and you will enjoy this most when mixing with Titanium or Zinc White. We are proud to have this particular grade of Cerulean Blue in our pigment line.
