Holbein Acryla Gouache – Primary Magenta
Holbein Acrylic Gouache, previously Acryla Gouache, features 107 highly pigmented colors now available in 20 ml or 40 ml tubes. The color palette includes 10 metallic and 4 luminous colors, as well as many beautiful colors unique to Holbein. This permanent gouache is an acryl resin which dries to a smooth, mat finish, and unlike regular gouache, it is permanent once dry.
Acrylic Gouache moves, reacts, blends and feels like traditional gouache, but is effectively waterproof once fully dry. It may be used as a successful ground that will not contaminate over-painted layers. It does not have as fragile a surface as traditional gouache in gum arabic and is compatible with all other water-soluble media regardless of origin.
Additionally, this unique gouache will not shift in color tone from liquid to dried color. Hence, what you see wet is what you get when dry.
