The PRO Series Oil Primed Linen is our finest hand-primed, pre-stretched Belgian linen canvas designed to pair flawlessly with oil paint. Painting on our PRO Oil Primed Linen canvas with oil is like “putting warm butter on hot bread”. Our professional-quality, pre-stretched canvases feature the finest, 5.5 oz. pure Belgian linen, primed with an acid-free titanium alkyd oil priming to a finished weight of 11 oz. Stretched on kiln dried stretcher bars in standard depth, our PRO Series Oil Primed Linen canvases are designed exclusively for oil paint.
*Due to the alkyd primer, this canvas has a slight yellow tinge compared to acrylic primed canvas, which is normal for an oil primed canvas
