This unique Casaneo watercolor liner brush features two lengths of synthetic hair. Extra-long and needle sharp, synthetic Colineo hair provides the durable point. The body of hair surrounding the fine tip is made of Casaneo synthetic squirrel hair. The Casaneo fibers holds large amounts of water and colour to feed the brush tip.
Da Vinci Casaneo brushes are known for their suppleness and colour absorbing capacity. These brushes have been designed for watercolor and inks but also work well for fluid acrylic and silk painting.
For the love of animals…while the Casaneo brushes may look as beautiful as natural hair squirrel brushes they are actually manufactured from extra-smooth, slightly-wavy, synthetic fibers.
